I pride myself on being a highly creative, multi-talented, resourceful filmmaker and producer offering over ten years of experience in the exhibition and entertainment industry.

In 2015 I was the producer of the critically acclaimed OLDER THAN IRELAND a feature documentary, funded by The Irish Film Board. The film won Best Documentary at the 2015 Galway Film Fleadh and was released theatrically in Ireland in 2015 by the award-winning, Element Pictures. It was also distributed across North America in 2016 becoming one of the most successful Irish documentaries of all time. It went on to win over 15 awards including being nominated for an Irish Film & Television Academy Award. It was also viewed by Steven Spielberg at a private screening for Steven and his family.

 

In 2018 I produced the award-winning feature documentary, UNDER THE CLOCK which was co-funded by Screen Ireland and RTÉ. The film was theatrically distributed in Ireland in 2018 and also screened at over 20 festivals and won multiple awards throughout its festival run.

 

Over the last 3 years, between 2019 and 2021 I've been the producer for series one, two and three of the hit RTÉ dating show, PULLING WITH MY PARENTS made by the award-winning production company, ALLEYCATS TV. The show has been screened on broadcast TV in Ireland and the UK as well as been sold to multiple territories outside of Europe.

 

I’m also an avid writer and in 2018 I received funding from Screen Ireland for an animated short film I co-wrote, entitled FEAR, later released as ABE’S STORY. The film went on to screen at over 30 festivals winning multiple awards all over the world, it also starred ABC’s, ONCE UPON A TIMES star, COLIN O’ DONOGHUE.

 

I was commissioned by a North American production company to write two feature scripts, one of which FESTIVAL OF TREES begins shooting in November 2022. I was also the co-writer of my directorial debut, BAD THINGS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, co-produced by RED ROBOT FILMS and 101 FILMS INTERNATIONAL which was shot in early 2022 and will see its worldwide release at the end of 2022.
