‘Feature non-narrative Documentary telling the unique and heart-warming stories of thirty Irish men and women who are over 100 years of age.’
Produced by Garry Walsh for Screen Ireland and directed by the very talented Alex Fegan for Atom Films, Older Than Ireland received its world premier at the 2015 Galway Film Fleadh were it won the Best Documentary award. It received its Irish theatrical release in 2015 and its North American theatrical release in 2016. It was also nominated for Best Documentary at the 2016 IFTA’s.
